Ingredients (& split in half for smaller serving)
→ 1 cup almond milk (or ½ cup)
→ ½ frozen banana (or ¼ of banana)
→ 1 cup baby spinach (or ½ cup)
→ 1 teaspoon matcha powder (or ½ teaspoon)
→ 1 tablespoon ground flax (or ½ tablespoon)
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend it all up!
