This matcha-green smoothie combines ingredients that offer a variety of nutritional benefits :)

The matcha powder delivers antioxidants (catechins and L-theanine) that support cellular protection and a steady energy boost without big caffeine spikes, making it a great alternative to coffee 🌿💚

Spinach adds fiber, vitamins, and iron to support digestion, vitality, and overall nutrient intake 🍃

Banana contributes natural sweetness along with potassium and fiber, which help sustain energy, support muscle function, and keep you feeling full 🍌

The unsweetened almond milk allows it to stay light and dairy-free while adding a creamy base.

Ground flaxseed brings additional fiber and omega-3 fatty acids, supporting gut and heart health, making this smoothie a balanced, nutrient-rich choice for breakfast or a wholesome snack.


Ingredients (& split in half for smaller serving)

→ 1 cup almond milk (or ½ cup)


→ ½ frozen banana (or ¼ of banana)


→ 1 cup baby spinach (or ½ cup)


→ 1 teaspoon matcha powder (or ½ teaspoon)


→ 1 tablespoon ground flax (or ½ tablespoon)


Instructions

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend it all up!
