This millet porridge with caramelized apples is a nourishing meal that provides steady energy and natural sweetness without refined sugars. Millet is a gluten-free whole grain rich in fiber and magnesium, supporting gut health and stable blood sugar, while almond milk keeps it light and dairy-free. Apples add antioxidants and pectin fiber that help digestion and support heart health, and a small amount of maple syrup or honey offers quick energy without overwhelming the body. Served warm, this meal is gentle on the stomach and ideal for fueling your mornings :)

Ingredients

• ½ cup millet

• ½ cup water

• ½ cup almond milk

• Pinch sea salt

• ½ of apple

• 1 tsp maple syrup

• Honey (optional)
